Through a vibrant, fresh sounding quartet that draws influences from both classic and modern jazz, R&B and folk, Rotterdam-based Portuguese harmonica player Ricardo Silva presents eight songs that translate a journey through the past ten years of his life, displaced, away from his roots.

With Jelle Willems on piano, Giuseppe Bordasco on electric bass and David Puíme on drums, the group voices Ricardo’s diverse compositions through an exciting, unique sound, fueled by improvisation and emotion, that complements the melancholy-driven, nostalgic atmosphere of Ricardo’s music.
