Aymar Torres

The Hague artist, from Aruba, Aymar Torres is a mix of cultures: a Frisian/Aruban  father and Colombian mother, born and raised in Aruba, with a love for Latin music and Brazilian Bossa Nova in particular.

The musically language wonder sings effortlessly in Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French and Papiamento. If you attend a performance by Aymar, you will imagine yourself in a warm country. Last season he set the studio of The Voice of Holland in ecstasy with his energetic Blind Audition and festive appearance. Judges Ali B, Lil 'Kleine, Waylon and Anouk all turned their seats. During The Voice, Aymar showed to be a real entertainer and his participation gave him the strength and motivation to continue working on his own songs. The second single by Aymar Torres premiered on Friday June 12. The song Mainta, Papiamento for morning, is the follow-up to his debut single E Porta that was released in April.
