Te Vi Volar

This is a song about letting go, which I started writing when I found out that someone who I had loved very deeply married someone else. It’s also about embracing and seeing the value and beauty of all emotions, including sadness and pain, and about reclaiming my relationship with music, so that it becomes a vehicle for exploring my relationship with myself, not just with other people. It was the most compete of the demos I took to Greg, and we used all of my original percussion tracks on the final song, which I recorded on my laptop in the attic of my parent’s house during the pandemic.
