About Album

Presentimiento’ (gut feeling in Spanish) is an upbeat contemporary (latin) jazz piece about trusting your intuition. While it’s playful and lighthearted it has a strong and groovy foundation with beautiful melodies and exciting guitar and piano solos. I am a Dutch artist with a Colombian and Curaçaoan background which heavily influences my music and songwriting. My audience consists of citizens of the world that have more than one place they call home. My music resonates with them because we belong nowhere and everywhere at the same time. I aim to appeal to those listeners that are open and eager to learn about new cultures and discover global sounds that simultaneously give them a sense of belonging and of home.
